摘    要:在水分胁迫及复水条件下,选用抗旱性较弱的丹玉13号和抗旱性较强的掖单13号玉米品种幼苗为试村,研究了玉米叶片蛋白质的变化规律和抗旱性的关系。结果表明,可溶性蛋白含量随水分胁迫加强而下降。水分胁迫可引起蛋白质合成的变化并产生干早诱导蛋白,抗旱性弱的品种诱导蛋白产生早于抗旱性强的品种。

Abstract:The changes in protein components and the relationships between these changes and the drought resistance of maize under water stress were studied.The results showed that the soluble protein contents decreased with further water stress and the new kinds of proteins were induced.The drought-induced proteins in the drought-sensitive maize were produced,earlier than that in the drought-resistant maize.
