| Abstract: | The problems of irrational structure,main management body vacancy, fund deficiency,low scientific and technological content and low stand quality exist in fast growing and high yielding forest base construction in north Fujian?Some analyses of present base situation are concluded in this paper,meanwhile,concrete countermeasures and measures are raised with regard to the base construction. |
