摘 要: | 采用蛭石培与雾培两种不同的栽培方法,对马铃薯脱毒苗的根、茎、叶生长发育情况及后期产量进行调查。结果表明,雾培法的叶片数、株高、茎粗、叶面积及根系生长均明显优于蛭石培法;单株产量是蛭石培法的4倍,相同产量下(以300粒为准)组培苗使用量仅为蛭石培的1/4。

Research on Cultivation of Virus-free Potato Minituber by Automatic Aeroponics |

Abstract: | Both vermiculite cultivation and automatic aeroponics were adopted to investigate growing state of roots,stems and leaves of virus -free potato minituber and its yeild in different date of all growing period.The results indicated that plants grow superiorly by automatic aeroponics than vermi-culite cultivation.The yield of individual plant cultivated by automatic aeroponics are four times compared with vermiculite cultivation and in the same yield(300granules)the amount of tissue culture seeding are1/4respectively. |
