大孔树脂吸附纯化粗提玫瑰茄红色素研究

摘    要:对大孔树脂吸附纯化玫瑰茄花萼粗提红色素的条件和方法进行了研究,结果表明:X-5树脂对玫瑰茄红色素具有较好的吸附性能;上柱液pH3.0、质量浓度5.63 mg/mL、流速2.0 mL/min、室温为优选工艺条件;φ=60%的乙醇为优选洗脱剂;经吸附纯化的色素,色价从5.1提高到了32.3;树脂经8次重复使用,吸附性能无明显减弱,可以循环使用。

Abstract:The conditions and method for refining crude extraction of roselle calyx red pigment by macro-porous resin were studied.The result showed that X-5 resin had a good adsorption ability for roselle calyx red pigment.The optimal parameters were pH3.0,concentration 5.63 mg/mL,velocity 2.0 mL/min and normal temperature.60% ethanol was the better eluent.The color value of pigment was raised from 5.1 to 32.3 Having been used repeatedly for 8 times,no obvious weakening of adsorption ability of X-5 resin was observed,so the resin could be reactivated and reused.
