水分胁迫对李氏禾地上部的休眠特性研究

摘    要:本文设置了不同的水分梯度,在生长期和休眠期对李氏禾进行水分胁迫,比较不同处理下李氏禾地上部的休眠率。结果显示:随胁迫时间延长,李氏禾的地上部休眠率总体表现为逐渐上升趋势;淹涝胁迫下李氏禾地上部的休眠率低于淹没胁迫下的休眠率;生长期和休眠期淹水对李氏禾的地上部休眠率影响差异不大;李氏禾经过180d后地上部休眠率约60.0%,但仍有40.0%保持活力;持续干旱和间断干旱对李氏禾的地上部休眠率影响存在差异,持续干旱45d,李氏禾地上部的休眠率接近30%。李氏禾具有忍耐淹水和干旱的"共耐性"特点。

Abstract:Leersia herxandra has a strong ability to survive over a long period of time under water stress.By simulating the conditions of water stress,potted plant L.herxandra were submerged,waterlogged and dryed respectively.Overground dormant rate of L.herxandra was determined after different condition of water stress.The results showed that the overground dormant rate was ascent with water stress continuing.The overground dormant rate under waterlogged conditions was more than that of submerging conditions.The ove...
