| 摘 要： | 大学生就业已成为当前政府需要重点关切的民生问题,本文根据当前社会的就业形势,指出了目前大学生面临的巨大就业压力,进一步从社会经济发展、高校教育体制改革、就业指导及职业规划课程设置上客观分析大学生就业困难的原因。解决这个问题,政府应当发挥宏观调控作用,改良社会就业环境;学校要深化教育体制改革,加强就业指导服务;提高学生就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | The employment difficulties for university graduates become wide concern.Institutions of higher learning expand enrollment of students in general,combined with the new situation of the spreading global financial crisis,the employment situation for college students in China is becoming more and more tense.To solve the difficulties,the government should play a role in macroeconomic regulation and control to improve the employment situation.Schools should deepen the reform of the educational system and strengthen career guidance services. |
