Development Status of Fruit Wine Research in China

In the paper, it summarized main components, nutrition value and healthy care of fruit wine, and introduced the features, nutrition value and research progress of grape wine, hawthorn wine, pear wine, sea buckthorn wine and other common fruit wine, sum-marized the important factors limiting the development of fruit wine production, in order to provide theoretical reference for the develop-ment of fruit wine industry in China.
