| 摘 要： | 以“卓越农林人才培养计划”为背景，提出了卓越农业人才培养的动力学机制，包括转变农业发展方式和推进现代农业建设是卓越农业人才培养的社会需求驱动机制，农业院校的内涵式发展是卓越农业人才培养的教育主体需求驱动机制，对教育客体实施基于人－职匹配的分类培养是教育客体职业发展的内源需求驱动机制。

| Abstract: | Based on‘Outstanding talent cultivation plan of agriculture and forestry’，driving force about cultivating outstanding talents of agriculture was presented.The study found that transformation of agricultural development and promotion of modern agriculture construction was social demand driven mechanism of outstanding agricultural talents cultivation，connotative development of agricultural colleges and universities was main demand driven mechanism of outstanding agricultural talents cultivation，matching classification training for educational object based on people-job matching was endogenous demand driving mechanism. |
