| 摘 要： | 生物化学是生物类专业的重要基础课程，生化实验教学是其必修环节。近年来，四川理工学院在生物化学实验课教学中，在课程性质定位及教学内容、实验方法和实验成绩考核评定等方面，进行了一定的教学改革实践与探索，形成了新的教学体系。4届学生的教学实践证明，新的教学体系有效地促进了教学质量的提高，对学生的科研及实验动手能力具有显著的提升作用。

| Abstract: | Biochemistry is the essential course for biological major and biochemistry experiment is its indispensable component.In recent years，the teaching reforms for biochemistry-experiment course were carried out on course location，teaching contents，experiment methods and evaluation of student experiment grade in Sichuan University of Science & Engineering，thus，new instructional system was took shape and it improved teaching effects，advanced researching and experiment abilities of students involved. |
