| 摘 要： | 为了解决水资源的高效利用，石嘴山市实施了智能水网建设，其典型特点是“三网合一”和“一网多用”。介绍了智能水网的构成，分析了各项工程的位置、建设措施及作用。智能水网建设是优化提升水资源配置的需要，是建设水生态文明城市的需要，是实现石嘴山市经济社会可持续发展的需要。

| Abstract: | In order to solve high efficient utilization of water resources，building of intelligent water network in Shizuishan city was implemented.Its typical characteristics were‘triple play’and‘multi use’.Structure of intelligent water network was introduced.Position，construction measures and functions of each project were analyzed.Building of intelligent water network was the need to optimize allocation of water resources，to build water ecological civilization city and to realize sustainable development of economy and society in Shizuishan city. |
