摘    要:以提高学生的实践动手能力为目标,通过不断加强大学生科技创新教育的机制、体制和队伍建设,建立以“项目化设计、社团化招募、专家化指导、团队化管理和导师制培养”为主体的大学生科技创新教育模式,形成了具有鲜明特色的人才培养模式,有效地提高了大学生科技创新能力和就业竞争力。

Abstract:In order to improve student′s practice ability,through strengthening college student′s education of science and technology innovation mechanism,system and team construction,college student′s science and technology innovation education mode,which taking‘project design,corporate recruiting,expert guidance,team management and training of tutorial system’as the main body,was established.A distinctive feature of talent training mode was formed.College student′s science and technology innovation ability and employment competitive power were effectively improved.
