| 摘 要： | 介绍了油脂浸出过程中常用溶剂性能对比，溶剂残留与生产工艺设备的关系。明确了溶剂残留的安全标准以及造成的安全隐患和环境危害。对国内外溶剂消耗进行对比，提出了减少溶剂残留的方法。

| Abstract: | Performance comparison of common solventin oil extraction processes and relationship between residual solvents and production process equipment were introduced.Safety standards，security risks and environmental hazard of solvent remnant were cleared.A method to reduce solvent remnant was proposed by contrasting China with abroad in solvent consumption. |
