| Abstract: | The key of building stable yield high standard farmland after experiencing drought and flood is the construction of farmland irrigation and water conservancy. In the article, it introduced the background of farmland demonstration project in Xiuying district in Haikou city, and analyzed water resource balancing, designed irrigation engineering, in order to provide a reference for irrigation engineering design of stable yield standard farmland demonstration project after experiencing drought and flood. |
