| 摘 要： | 由于自然、社会经济条件差异,苏北城市化水平滞后于江苏全省,呈现出城市化水平低、结构性矛盾突出、城市辐射能力弱等基本特征。剖析苏北城市化水平滞后的原因以及发展趋势,并从实际情况出发,建议选择集中城市化发展模式,加快工业化进程,积极培育中小城市,择优发展小城镇等措施加快苏北城市化进程。

| Abstract: | Because of the difference in the natural and social economic condition,the urbanization level in northern Jiangsu lags behind in the whole province,it is conspicuous to demonstrate the low,structural contradiction of the urbanization level,an essential feature such as being weak of radiation ability in the city.In this text the reason why its urbanization level lagged behind and development trend were analyzed from the actual conditions of area of northern Jiangsu.The model of urbanization development was proposed for the acceleration of the industrialized process.The activity of medium-and small-sized city was adopted and trained. |
