Abstract:Raw materials, packing requirements and production methods for soft tin of aquatic products were introduced. Producing technology for shellfish soft tin food original clam meat soft tin was cited as an example. Emphasis was laid on describing production conditions for some key links, such as filling, sealing , sterilizing and cooling of aquatic products soft tins. Meautime, quality guarantee of aquatic products soft tins was analysed as well.
