| 摘 要： | 以1990-2009年数据为基础，对我国棉花进出口发展特征进行分析，并测算出棉花主产国和主消国的贸易竞争力指数（TC）、国际市场占有率（MS）和国际比较优势指数（RCA），对我国棉花国际竞争力水平进行分析。分析表明，入世前我国棉花进出口规模较小；入世后我国为棉花净进口大国，进口来源国集中且较稳定；我国棉花几乎不具有国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | Based on the data between1990 and 2009, this paper introduced the characteristics of cotton import and export in China, and then gave an analysis of the international competitiveness between the main cotton production and consumption countries using the indexes of TC, MS and RCA. The results showed that before entering WTO, China had a small amount in cotton import and export and became a main net import country with steady and concentrated partners after entering WTO, and the cotton industry almost had no competitiveness in international market. |
