北京市政策性生猪保险调查分析

基于对北京市生猪养殖场（户）调研所得的第一手数据资料，从养殖场（户）的角度对2007年以来政策性生猪保险的实施情况进行深入分析，得出结论认为，养殖场（户）对政策性生猪保险的评价普遍较好，影响养殖场（户）投保的一个重要因素是对政策性保险的认知，经营规模对投保没有显著影响；商品猪投保率相对种猪较差，影响商品猪投保的另外一个重要因素是养殖场（户）对商品猪保险的评价。最后提出加强对政策性生猪保险、尤其是商品猪保险的宣传；适当提高商品猪保险金额，区别对待不同品系和代际的种猪，提供多样化的保险供给；鼓励小规模户和散养户加入生猪专业合作社，适当降低散养户投保的存栏量条件，提高小规模户和散养户的保险覆盖面等政策建议。

Investigation and Analysis on Policy Pig Insurance in Beijing

Based on the first-hand data collected from the survey of pig farms （households） in Beijing, this paper made an in-depth analysis of the implementations of policy pig insurance from the point of view of pig farms（households）. Then we draw some conclusions as follows： the general evaluation for the insurance was good, and an important factor for purchasing insurance was the level of knowledge for the insurance, and the scale of operation had no significant effect, and compared with the breeding pig, the rate of purchasing hog insurance was poor, and an important factor tbr purchasing hog insurance was the evaluation for the insurance. Finally, the author puts forward suggestions.
