我国农业实施保护性耕作方式的对策研究

当前,保护性耕作作为一种科学的先进的耕作方式,由联合国粮农组织倡导在全球普及,并已经在全球70多个国家推广应用。全力推进保护性耕作,是促进农业可持续发展的重要途径,对推进我国耕作制度改革,提高耕地质量,提高粮食综合生产能力,建设节约型农业、环境友好型农业、现代农业和生态低碳农业,促进农业增效和农民增收具有重要意义。保护性耕作又是一场耕作制度的革命,是改善生态环境、促进耕地永续利用,确保我国粮食安全的重要战略措施。本文分析了我国农业面临着自然灾害的巨大挑战,提出了我国加快实施农业保护性耕作方式的重要意义和对策。

Countermeasures on Agriculture Conservation Tillage Measures in China

At present,conservation tillage as a scientific and advanced farming measures,is widely spread around the world,and it has been applied in more than 70 countries by the advocating of the United Nations food and agriculture organization.Comprehensive promoting the conservation tillage measures in China is the important way to promote the sustainable development of agriculture,which has the significance to advance China farming system reform;improve the quality of cultivated land;raise the comprehensive grain production capacity;build a conservation-minded agriculture,an environment friendly agriculture,a modern agriculture and an ecological low carbon agriculture;and promote the efficiency of agriculture and farmers＇ income.Conservation tillage is a revolution of farming system,and the improvement of the ecological environment.It is an important strategic measure of promoting the sustainable use of the cultivated land is,in order to ensure that the food security.This paper analyzed the huge challenges of the natural disaster of agriculture in China,and put forward the significance and countermeasures of accelerating the implementing of agricultural conservation tillage measures in China.
