摘    要:为了对铲式玉米精密播种机工作时产生的随机振动信号进行分析,在4种不同速度下进行播种机振动信号采集试验.对振动信号进行时域和频域分析,以自相关和互相关函数表明播种机工作产生的振动具有一定的周期性和相关性,这种周期性和相关性随速度的增加而明显;以自功率谱密度函数表明播种机工作状态下不同频域的振动强度,结果表明,播种机工作时主要为低频振动,振动能量随播种速度的增加而增强.

Abstract:In order to analyze the random vibration of spade punch planter of maize, vibration signals were recorded when planter was in working with 4 planting speeds. Time domain and frequency domain analysis for vibration signals were carried out. The self correlation function and cross correlation function indicated that vibration of the planter had a certain periodicity and relativity, more obvious with increase of working velocity. Vibration strength under different frequency was demonstrated with power spectrum density. The results of the experiment showed that the vibration of the planter was low-frequency vibration and the vibration power enhanced with the increase of working velocity.
