川产绿茶中总黄酮含量的测定研究

摘    要:[目的]研究川产绿茶中黄酮含量的测定方法。[方法]采用超声提取和分光光度法,研究黄酮的提取方法和测定方法。[结果]芦丁浓度在8-48 μg/ml范围内,吸光度值与浓度的回归方程为A=0.012 23C-0.004 05,相关系数r=0.999 9,加标平均回收率为100.07%,RSD为2.64%。在50 ℃下,用浓度76%乙醇在超声功率为699.3 W的条件下提取黄酮类化合物的效果最佳。[结论]与贵州产绿茶相比,川产绿茶黄酮类化合物含量较高。

Abstract:[Objective] The determination of total flavonoids in the green tea was researched.[Method]The flavonoids was extracted by ultrasonic power and was determined by spectrophotometry.[Result] The linear relationship of rutin was in the range of 8-48 μg/ml. The regression equation was A=0.012 23C-0.004 05, and the correlation coefficient r reached 0.999 9.The average recovery was 100.07%(RSD=2.64%). The optimum condition was as follows: 50 ℃, 699.3 W ultrasonic power, and 76% alcohol. [Conclusion]The content of flavoniods in Sichuan green tea was higher than that of Guizhou green tea.
