跨世纪林木高新科技——林木生物工程育种

摘    要:生物技术的发展对林木遗传育种乃至整个林业具有深远意义。本文综述了生物技术(包括基因工程、细胞工程和分子遗传标记)在国内外林木遗传改良研究中的进展及现状,对其发展前景进行了探讨,提出了近期内我国在林木遗传改良中可以开展的有关生物技术的几项研究领域。

Abstract:With the development of biotechnology in medicine and agriculture, it also opens a way for forest breeding.The present advances of biotechnology on forest genetic breeding are described including genetic engineering, cell engineering, and molecular marker. The authors are of the opinion that the research of biotechnology on forest breeding should be underway in such fields as genetic mapping, gene engineering for resistance and wood improvement, utilization of secondary metabolite and so on.
