玉米苗期抗旱性评价方法研究

摘    要:选用12个玉米自交系,采用NC设计组配32个杂交组合,在大田严重干旱条件下,调查了顶部展开叶片的卷曲宽度,提出了玉米苗期叶片卷曲度的计算公式和用叶片卷曲度评价玉米自交系和杂交种的方法,同时分析了12个自交系在苗期的抗旱性,自交系与杂交种抗旱性的相关系数为0.776,达到显著正相关。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted with 12 inbred lines and 32 hybrid crosses with NCII design to study the evaluation method of drought-resistance of maize in seedling period. Under the severe drought condition in the field, the rolling degree of the top extended leaf was investigated and the formula of leaf rolling degree was set up to evaluate the drought-resistance of inbred lines and hybrids. There was a significant positive relationship (r=0.776) between the drought-resistance of inbred lines and that of hybrids.
