植物雌性不育的研究进展

摘    要:植物的雌性不育通常是由雌性器官的发育异常造成的 ,包括胚珠、胚囊、卵细胞的发育异常 .该文在参阅了相关文献资料的基础上 ,结合该实验室在文冠果雌性不育方面所做的初步研究工作 ,从形态解剖、组织切片及生理生化等方面总结了雌性不育的表现形式 ,从基因特征、生长调节物质及环境因素等方面总结了引起雌性不育的可能原因 ,还对克服雌性不育的途径等进行了综述 .提出从寻找与育性相关蛋白入手 ,通过测序合成探针 ,在已建立的cDNA文库中进行差示筛选 ,克隆相关基因 ,并对基因的结构和功能进行分析 ,有可能在分子水平上阐明雌性不育机理

Abstract:The plant female sterility is usually caused by abnormal development of female organ. It includes the abnormal development of ovule, embryo sac and egg cell. This paper summarizes the phenotype of female sterility by m eans of morphological anatomy, tissue section and physiological biochemistry, su mmarizes the possible causes of female sterility by means of gene characteristic s, growth regulation materials and environmental factors and also summarizes me thods to avoid female sterility. All those are based on plenty of references an d the research about female sterility of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. in o ur laboratory. The outhors propose that the molecular mechanism of female sterili ty on pla nts could be clarified by looking for the special proteins related to female ste rility, checking the sequence of the proteins and making the probe, screening th e cDNA bank, cloning the related genes and analyzing the structures and function s.
