大镰刀藓提取物对立枯丝核菌的抑菌性及理化性质研究

摘    要:以立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)为供试病原真菌,对大镰刀藓(Drepanocladus exannula-tus)醇提液进行抑菌活性研究,结果表明,提取液抑菌活性在-20~80℃可以稳定存在,中性或弱碱性条件下最强,持效期随时间延长呈下降趋势;低温(4℃)与室温条件下保存,3个月内活性稳定。经定性分析,大镰刀藓提取液的主要有效成分为黄酮类化合物。

Abstract:The alcoh extract of Drepanocladus exannulatus was tested on Rhizoctonia solani in vitro by growth rate method.Results showed that the extract of Drepanocladus exannulatus had the strongest inhibitory effect to Rhizoctonia solani and could maintain its antifungal activity steadily from-20 to 80℃.Extracts remained the most activity in neutral or weak alkaline conditions.The increase or decrease of pH could cause the antifungal activity of extracts to drop down.Antifungal activity of the extract presented downward trend with the extension of time against Rhizoctonia solani.After kept at room temperature and low temperature(4℃),the antifungal activity was stable for 3 months.Qualitative analysis indicated that the main effective composition of Drepanocladus exannulatus extract might be flavonoids chemical compounds.
