春甘蓝抽薹特性的研究(Ⅱ)——遗传特性分析

选用抽薹期明显不同的亲本材料 B,C,F等配制 F1 ,F2 及回交代组合 ,并对各世代的抽薹期进行调查研究。对试验结果进行正态检验和 A ,B,C尺度检验 ,同时进行了遗传参数的估算。结果表明 ,抽薹期是受多基因控制的数量性状 ,符合加性—显性模型 ,以加性效应为主 ,显性是不完全显性 ;早抽薹对迟抽薹是显性 ,但遗传力较低 ,易受环境影响。

Study on inheritance of bolting character in spring cabbage

In the experiment, three spring cabbage inbred lines which had different resistance to bolting were selected as parents.F 1,F 2 and backcross hybrids were mated.“U test”and “A,B,C yardstick”was used in the experiment.The main results are as follows: ①Inheritance of bolting character of spring cabbage was in accordance with the additive-dominance model.additive effect was predominant,dominance is partial dominance. ②Early bolting date shows dominant to later bolting time.Bolting date was a quantitative character and easily affected by enviroment because of low heritability.
