浅谈无缝线路施工工艺

摘    要:采用无缝线路技术在地铁中施工,能够使轨道的几何形态更加平顺,大大的增加了列车的行车速度,也减少了轨道对列车的磨损和轨道自身的磨损,为正式营运后的维修和保养节约大量的资金,由于此优势,乘客的乘车舒适感大大增加,也解决了有缝线路轨道间错台大,导致噪音大及列车出轨事故的技术难题,因此,无缝线路轨道以其低噪声、低维修率、高平顺性成为城市轨道交通中轨道结构的首选。

Abstract:To adopte the technique of continuous welded rail in metro construction can make the morphology of the track become more smoother and greatly increase the speed of the train,and reduce the wearing of the track on the train and the track as well as save lots of money for the repair and maintenance after official operation.Due to these advantages the passengers feel greatly comfortable at their driving time,and such technical problems have been solved as the large dislocation on jointed tracks leading to the high-noise and the accident of the derailed train.The continuous welded rail with the low-noise,low maintenance and the high smoothness is the first choice in the track structure of urban rail traffic.
