| 摘 要： | 研究了杂交塑果的成熟度、植物激素、有机添加物及培养方式对春兰杂交种子无菌萌发和根状茎增殖的影响。结果表明：成熟度为五个月的春兰杂交蒴果萌发率最高,杂交种子高萌发率和中等萌发率的比例也比较高。1/2MS＋0.3 mg/L NAA＋20g/L蔗糖＋7.0g/L琼脂和1/2MS＋1.5 g/L蛋白胨＋20g/L蔗糖＋7.0g/L琼脂的培养基配方培养根状茎的增殖系数较高,根状茎生长优良;薄层液体培养有利于根状茎的增殖。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the effect of maturity,plant hormones,organic additives and training methods on aseptic germination of hybrid seeds and multiplication of rhizomes of Cym.goeringii.The results show that Cym.goeringii hybrid capsules with the maturity of 5 months has the highest germination rate,and the high proportion of the highest and medium-high rates of seed germination.The medium formula for higher proliferation and good growth of rhizomes is 1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L NAA+20 g/L sucrose+7.0 g/L agar,and 1/2 MS+1.5 g/L peptone+20 g/L sucrose+7.0 g/L agar.A little liquid static culture is suitable for multiplication of rhizomes. |
