牦牛生长激素释放激素基因的克隆及序列分析

摘    要:本文对牦牛GHRH基因进行PCR产物T—A克隆测序。通过GenBank中的Blastn分析表明:牦牛GHRH基因与普通牛同源性为98%,与猪同源性为89%。在所测序列中共有7个变异位点,变异率为1.6%,其核酸变异类型包括转换、颠换和插入,以转换最为常见。

Abstract:In this paper,a partial sequence of growth hormone releasing hormone gene were T-A cloned by PCR and sequenced on Bos grunniens.The comparison of the fragment sequence with those of Bos taurus and Sus scrofa growth hormone releasing hormone gene through blastn of genebank,the result showed that the homolgies of the nucleotide sequence with Bos taurus are98%and with Sus scrofa 'are89%.7variation sites and1.6%sequence divergence and three types of mutations including transition,transversion,insertion were detected on Bos grunniens,of which transition was the most frequent.
