土壤渍水对冬小麦根系活性氧代谢及生理活性的影响

摘    要:本文对小麦不同生育时期、不同渍水时间根系的生理变化进行了系统的研究。结果表明,土壤渍水使根系质膜相对透性增大,膜脂过氧化产物-MDA含量增加,呼吸速率及根系活力下降;渍水过程中根系SOD及POD活性的变化是先增强而后下降,但SOD活性下降早(渍水3d左右),POD活性下降较晚(渍水10d以后才由峰值下降)。根系SOD、POD的变化与其膜脂过氧化变化,随着SOD活性的下降,膜脂过氧化加剧,质膜透性明

Abstract:Systematic study was carried out on the physiological changes of the wheat root system under different waterlogging duration at different growth stages from 1992 through 1994. The results indicated that waterlogging could lead to increase of the permeability of the plasma membrane and the MDA content of the root system, but decreased the respiration rate and the activity of the root system under these conditions. The activities of both SOD and POD were enhanced during the early days of waterlogging, and then dropped as the time went on, that of SOD at first, followed by that of POD. It was found that changes of SOD and POD were related with the membrane-lipid peroxidation of the root system. The permeability of the plasma membrane of the root system increased obviously as the activity of SOD decreased. The structure of the plasma membrane of the root system was destroyed seriously, and the physiological function of the root system declined sharply when the activity of POD dropped. There are evident difference of the ability of waterlogging tolerance at different growth stages, the harmful effect of waterlogging on the root system increased gradually as the growth and development of the plant went on.
