优氯净对苏云金杆菌芽孢的消毒效果与机理研究

摘    要:采用生物测定、电镜观察等方法研究了优氯净对苏云金杆菌Kurstaki变种HD 1菌株芽孢的消毒效果及机理。结果表明 :用有效氯浓度为 1 0 %溶液消毒 5min ,0 5 %溶液消毒 15min ,0 3%溶液消毒 2 5min和 0 1%溶液消毒 30min均可将芽孢杀灭 ;而有效氯 0 0 5 %的优氯净溶液消毒区 ,在作用 30min后仍有少量的菌生长。优氯净能破坏芽孢的表面结构和内部构造 ,增大芽孢的通透性 ,溶解破坏内部原生质体 ,导致其萌发力的降低甚至完全丧失

Abstract:With electron microscope and biological assay,we studied the effect of sodium dichloroisocyanurate on the activity and strcuture of spore of Bacillus thuringiensis var. Kurstaki HD 1 strain.Solution of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in 1.0%,0.5%,0.3%,0.1% available chlorine concentration disinfecting B.t spore for 5,15,25 and 30 minutes respectively could kill B.t completely,but the solution in 0.05% effective chlorine concentration could not kill spore completely even disinfecting it for 30 minutes and there was a spot of bacteria growing.With the electron microscope we found that the external shape and inner structure of spore were damaged,and the penetration of spore coat was increscent.And the germination of spore was poor and even lost.
