| 摘 要： | 在甘肃省石羊河绿洲灌区连续4 a冬小麦保护性耕作田间定位试验的基础上,用静态箱-气相色谱法研究了5种耕作措施下,冬小麦田从前季灌浆期到后季分蘖期期间CO2排放通量的变化规律.结果表明:不同耕作措施下,CO2排放通量在观测期内呈现"高-低-高"的双峰型变化曲线;秸秆翻压处理CO2排放通量最高,传统耕作CO2排放通量介于免耕不覆盖处理和秸秆翻压处理之间;传统耕作与免耕不覆盖两处理CO2排放通量间差异性显著;CO2排放通量与耕层(0~30 cm)土壤温度和土壤含水量呈显著正相关,其中土壤含水量对CO2排放通量的影响大于土壤温度对其的影响.
