| Abstract: | Firstly,the authors analyze the existing situation and problems of village and town systems construction of Shanghai;Secondly,summarize the main experiences of building "One City and Nine Towns" in Shanghai during the Ten-Five Plan;Thirdly,point out the basic framework and development proposals for village and town systems construction of Shanghai in the 21st century;Fourthly,discuss some academic problems for the purpose of advancing the research and construction of village and town systems. |
