天山圆柏嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究

天山圆柏是抗寒、抗旱、耐土壤瘠薄、耐荫的优良常绿匍匐类针叶树,在干旱区阳坡和前山带生态建设中可广泛应用,同时是城镇园林绿化中替代高耗水草坪的极佳树种.但生产上由于天山圆柏种子和扦插繁殖都很困难,造成种苗稀缺和价格昂贵.研究利用圆柏绿枝扦插和生根粉相配合解决天山圆柏苗木繁殖问题.试验将天山圆柏嫩枝的插穗用配成100、200、300、400和500 mg/kg浓度的生根粉分别浸泡5 min和10 min扦插在育苗盘,观察天山圆柏嫩枝扦插生根率与生根粉浓度及浸泡时间的关系.结果表明,用100 mg/kg的生根粉浸泡5 min和用200 mg/kg的生根粉浸泡10 min生根率达最大.

Study on Spray Cuttage and Cultivation Seedling of Sabina vulgaris Ant.Var.vulgaris

Sabina vulgaris Ant.Var.vulgaris suitable to planting in arid area is a good evergreen creeper tree with the characters of cold resistance,drought resistance,poor soil resistance and shade bearing.This kind of tree can replace the lawn in city and town requiring high consuption of water.But the seedling and cuttage of Sabina vulgaris Ant.Var.vulgaris are quitely hard to be reproduced.The research was carried out to reproduce seedling of Sabina vulgaris Ant.Var.vulgaris by using cuttage of green branch and rooting powder.In the experiment,the sprays of Sabina valgaris Ant.Var.vulgaris are soaked in the rooting powder with 100,200,300,400 and 500 kg/mg respectivelg for 5 min and 10 min.The relation between rooting rate,density of rooting powder and soaking time was observed.The result indicated that the rooting rate of 100 mg/kg for 5 min and 200 mg/kg for 10 min are the highest.
