棉花体细胞胚胎发生及主要物质生化代谢机制

摘    要:本文利用组织培养和生理生化分析技术对陆地棉体细胞胚胎发生及主要生化代谢物质蛋白质、氨基酸、碳水化合物、可溶性糖等进行了初步的分析,对于鲜重变化进行了测定。结果表明:胚性愈伤组织蛋白质和碳水化合物含量则减少;氨基酸含量胚性愈伤组织普遍高于非胚性愈伤组织,个别氨基酸含量则明显增加或降低。胚性愈伤组织干物质累积较非胚性愈伤组织显著。

Abstract:This paper studied the changes of Dw. Fw and the protein content,amino acids,Carbohydrate in Vitro cotton embryogenic callus by means of biochemical analysis. The re-sults showed that the protein content and carbohydrate increased significantly in the em-bryogenic callus ,while the the protein content and carbolydrate decreased In non- embryo-genic callus;for many species amino acids content in the embryogenic callus were higherthan those in the non-embryogenic callus, nevertheless,the contents of some special aminoacids significantly increased or decreased in the embryogenic callus. The Dw accumulationin the embryogenic callus was improved as compared with that in the non-embryogenic cal-lus.
