干旱胁迫对3种观赏灌木叶片解剖结构的影响及抗旱性分析

摘    要:以小叶丁香(Syringa pubescens)、红王子锦带(Weigela florida‘Red Prince’)、金银忍冬(Loniceramaakii)为主要研究对象,设置4种土壤水分条件,控制土壤含水量分别为41%(CK)、34%(处理1)、27%(处理2)和20%(处理3),然后采用石蜡切片法研究3种观赏灌木在干旱胁迫下植物叶片组织结构的变化。应用光学显微镜测定3种灌木的叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度等9项指标,并对测量的9项指标进行方差分析。最后采用主成分分析法和模糊隶属函数值法对3种灌木进行种间抗性评价,并为解剖结构的研究提供理论性的依据。结果表明:3种灌木的抗旱性随着土壤水分含量的降低逐渐增强;处理1种间抗性的大小为:金银忍冬>红王子锦带>小叶丁香,处理2种间抗性大小为:红王子锦带>金银忍冬>小叶丁香,处理3种间抗性的大小为金银忍冬>红王子锦带>小叶丁香。

Abstract:Paraffin sections were used to study the changes in anatomical structure of leaves of Syringa pubescens,Weigela florida ‘Red Prince’ and Lonicera maakii at different soil moisture contents,namely 41%(CK),34%(treatment 1),27%(treatment 2),and 20%(treatment 3).The changes in thickness of leaf,upper and lower epidermis,palisade tissue,spongy tissue,and etc.were observed using an optical microscope.Variance analysis was performed on the measured data.The drought resistances between the three species of shrubs were evaluated by subordinate function values and principal component analysis.Results show that the drought resistances of the three species of shrubs gradually increased with decreasing moisture content.The drought resistances were ranked in ascending order,namely L.maakii,W.florida ‘Red Prince’ and S.pubescens for treatment 1,W.florida ‘Red Prince’,L.maakii and S.pubescens for treatment 2,L.maakii,W.florida ‘Red Prince’ and S.pubescens for treatment 3.
