摘    要:烟嘧磺隆是世界上使用量最大的一种磺酰脲类内吸性除草剂。本文介绍玉米对烟嘧磺隆敏感性反应差异的表现、作用机理和生理生化机制,分析对玉米烟嘧磺隆敏感性遗传分析与基因定位方面所做研究的现状,并在此基础上对玉米抗烟嘧磺隆育种研究提出展望,为在玉米耐烟嘧磺隆种质创新、分子标记辅助育种、杂交种选育以及烟嘧磺隆的推广使用等研究领域提供参考。

Abstract:The Nicosulfuron is a sulfonylurea herbicide, application amount of which is the largest in the world currently. This paper summarizes the performance of sensitivity differences, mechanism and physiological and biochemical mechanisms of maize to the nicosulfuron were summarized, focus on the research status of genetic analysis and gene mapping of sensitivity differences of maize to the nicosulfuron and forecasts the nicosulfuron-resistant breeding of maize, in order to provide reference to nicosulfuron application, maize germplasm innovation of nicosulfuron-resistant, molecular marker-assisted breeding and hybrid breeding.
