玉米分蘖率的遗传研究

摘    要:以ph4cv(高分蘖率)×A6(低分蘖率)DH群体分蘖率为研究对象,应用主基因+多基因DH群体遗传模型及混合分布方法,研究玉米分蘖率的遗传特性,并对近缘群体、杂优群体和自交系群体分蘖率进行推导分析,利用六世代(ph6wc×ph4cv)分蘖率进行验证。结果表明,玉米分蘖率是由4对主基因和微效多基因共同决定的,主基因遗传力为95.6%,为加性-显性-上位性模型。主基因决定玉米分蘖率的稳定性,微效多基因是否表现及表现大小决定该群体的分蘖率。

Abstract:The genetic analysis of PH4CV(high tillering rate)×A6(low tillering rate) DH population tiller rate were conducted by mixed major gene plus polygene gene DH population genetic model and mixed distribution method. The tillering rate of the closely related groups, the heterosis group and the inbred line were analyzed, the six generation(ph6wc×ph4cv, P1, P2, F1, B1, B2, F2) tillering rate was validated. The results showed that the tillering rate of maize was determined by 4 of the major genes and the genes of the micro-effect. The heritability of the major gene was 95.6%, which was the additive dominant super significant model. The main genes determine the stability of the tillering rate of maize. The performance of the micro-effect genes determined the tillering rate of the group.
