摘    要:根据国内外对植物根际磷酸酶的研究,从土壤有机磷的形态和有效性、根际磷酸酶的动力学参数、影响根际磷酸酶分泌的环境因子、根际磷酸酶分泌的种间和种内差异及根际磷酸酶对磷素营养的意义等方面进行了综述,并根据甜菜根际磷酸酶的研究进展,对今后的研究方向和任务提出建议。

Abstract:The studies on rhizospheric phosphatase of plant in both domestic and oversea were summarized, which included the forms and availabilities of soil organic phosphate, the kinetic parameters of rhizospheric phosphatase, the environmental facters affected the exudation of the rhizospheric phosphatase, the interspecific and intraspecific differences of rhizospheric phosphatase and the effects of rhizospheric phosphatase on the plant phosphoric nutrition. According to the development of rhizospheric phosphatase in sugar beet, the research field and some specific works in sugar beet were suggested.
