马齿苋对猪大肠埃希菌抑菌作用观察

按常规方法制备马齿苋水提取物,以试管二倍稀释法测定马齿苋水提取物对猪大肠埃希菌的体外最小抑菌浓度;以小鼠为试验动物,观察马齿苋对猪大肠埃希菌体内抗菌作用。结果显示,马齿苋对猪大肠埃希菌有较好的体外抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度为0.25g/mL;小鼠体内抗菌作用提示,马齿苋在小剂量时对猪大肠埃希菌无抗菌作用,增大药物剂量其本身的毒副作用会致死小鼠。

Observation on Antibacterial Effect of Herba Portulaca on E.coli

The aqueous extract of Portulaca was obtained with normal methods,and the experiment was conducted by tube double dilution method to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)on E.coli in vitro.Injection experiments in mice were designed to observe the antibacterial effect of Portulaca on E.coli in vivo.The result showed that:ash bark had prominent inhibition effect on E.coli suis in vitro and the respective MIC was 0.25 g/mL;Antibacterial experiment in mice indicated that low dosage Portulaca had ...
