摘    要:为确立金线莲快速繁殖体系,研究了培养基种类、BA和IBA对金线莲芽增殖和发根的影响.结果表明:在B5基本培养基中加入5mg/L BA时,对金线莲芽增殖及小植物体生长的促进作用最显著.IBA对金线莲发根的影响表明,金线莲发根较易,在MS培养基中添加5mg/L IBA时,根生长旺盛;移栽后植物体在蛭石和木屑单用栽培基质的成活率为95%,优于其它栽培基质.

Abstract:The effects of medium types, BA, and IBA on multiplication of adventitious buds and rooting were studied to establish a microprogation system for Anoectochilus formosanus. The results showed that the B5 medium supplemented with 5 mg/L BA had the greatest significant enhancement to the proliferation of adventitious buds and the growth of plantlets. The roots were easily formed with the addition of IBA, and the treatment of 5.0 mg/L IBA in MS medium was more effective to the growth of roots in vitro. The plant survival rate was 95 % in simplex growing medium as vermiculite or sawdust, higher than in other growing media.
