摘    要:目的]研究抗氧化剂对银杏愈伤组织褐变的影响。方法]以银杏的子叶为外植体,以MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+KT 1.5mg/L为基本培养基,对外植体进行愈伤组织的诱导培养,研究银杏愈伤组织继代过程中,不同浓度Vc、柠檬酸、PA 3种抗氧化剂对愈伤组织培养褐变的影响。抗氧化剂对褐变的抑制效果以愈伤组织中叶绿素的含量来表示。结果]3种抗氧化剂对抑制褐变的效果为:Vc>柠檬酸>PA;筛选出最佳抗氧化剂及其浓度为Vc 15 mg/L。结论]抗氧化剂的类型及浓度在抑制银杏愈伤组织褐化过程中起关键作用。

Effects of Antioxidants on Browning of the Ginkgo Callus
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of antioxidants on browning of the ginkgo callus.Mehtod] Taking the cotyledon of ginkgo as explants,and using MS + 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+ KT 1.5 mg/L as the basic medium,the callus from the explants were clutivated and the effects of 3 antioxidants Vc,citric acid and PA with different concentrations on browning of the ginkgo callus were studied.Result] The results showed that effects of different antioxidants on browning were different,and the sequence from high to low was Vc>citric acid>PA.The best antioxidant was Vc and its optimal concentration was 15mg/L.Conclusion] The style and content of antioxidants play an important role in inhibiting browning of callus of Ginkgo biloba.
