电脑测定茶叶色泽的方法研究

摘    要:对电脑测定茶叶色泽的方法进行了较全面的研究。结果表明,扫描仪获取茶样图片稳定性好。扫描分辨率为100dpi时,扫描图片的色泽参数95%置信区间分别为:-0.15≤L≤0.15,-0.21≤a≤0.21,-0.21≤b≤0.21;茶样颗粒大小对扫描结果产生极显著影响,以40目扫描时,扫描图片的色泽参数95%置信区间分别为:L=0,-0.29≤a≤0.29,b=0;当40目茶样扫描区域达到13cm×13cm或以上时,扫描图片的色泽参数可以充分代表茶样的实际色泽状况,其均数标准差(SD)分别为:-0.07≤L≤0.07,-0.10≤a≤0.10,b=0;扫描图片作相同的调整,其色泽参数值产生一致的变化。

Abstract:The method of determining tea color with computer has been investigated The results showed that the stability of tea sample photo outlined with computer was fine. Scanned with resolution 100 dpi, the credible interval(95%) of the result is: -0.15≤L≤0.15,-0.21≤a≤0.21,-0.21≤b≤0.21. The granule size of tea sample aboved notable influence to scanning result. Scanning with 40 mesh of tea granule size, the credible interval(95%) is: L=0,-0.29≤a≤0.29, b=0, and the scanned area is 13cm×13 cm or more, and the color parameters of tea scanning photo may fully stand for the tea actual color. The SD is -0.07≤L≤0.07,-0.10≤a≤0.10,b=0. With adjusted in the same way, the change of color parameters will be consistent.
