子午岭林区植被演替下的土壤微生物响应

摘    要:通过对子午岭林区不同植被下土壤微生物区系的研究,并联系该区的植被演替,找出其之间的关系。土壤微生物区系采用稀释平板涂抹法分析,接种后置28℃生化培养箱内培养,分取其合适的稀释度来计数。结果表明,随着植被不断地向前演替,其土壤细菌和微生物总量基本上呈增加趋势;不论整个森林群落如何发展,植被最终都向辽东栎演替,从而形成顶级群落;微生物的种群和数量在很大程度上决定着某一植被在整个森林生态系统中生长的好与坏。因此,通过对土壤微生物区系的分析,可以初步了解该森林生态系统中植被的演替概况,为该区森林的生态建设提供一定依据。

Abstract:Soil microorganism of different land use types were studied under plant succession in Ziwuling Forest. Soil microbial analyses were conducted using dilution plate methods. Every microorganism experiment was selected as one of three dilute degrees and repeater three times, and then adopted to lay soil solution on the culture medium, which were put on biochemistry foster cases at 28 ℃ and counted. The results showed that the total soil bacteria and other three microorganisms were increased with plant forward succession. No matter how to develop, the vegetation would be superseded by Quercus liaotungensis, which formed the highest community at the end. The group and quantity of microorganism played important roles in the growth state of certain vegetation. Therefore, by the analysis of soil microflora, we could get an introduction about the plant succession of the forest in some area, which could supplied some bases on the ecosystem construction of the area.
