甘肃省保护地蔬菜根结线虫病的发生特点及原因分析

摘    要:对甘肃省保护地蔬菜根结线虫病的发生规律、发生特点和发生原因进行了初步调查研究。结果表明,根结线虫病在甘肃省保护地蔬菜生产中主要为害黄瓜、番茄、西瓜,其次是西葫芦、芹菜、茄子、辣椒。保护地的温湿度条件适宜根结线虫的活动,随着我省保护地蔬菜种植面积的不断扩大,加上保护地复种指数高,连茬、重茬严重,该病在甘肃省发生为害严重,防治难度加大。

Abstract:The symptom and characteristic as well as cause of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.) disease on vegetables were investigated in Gansu province. The results showed that it mainly caused a serious damage to cucumber, tomato and watermelon, and pumpkin, bitter gourd, bean, celery, eggplant and pepper took the second place in the protected fields. The temperature and humidity of the protected fields were very suitable for root-knot nematodes behavior, and with the area of vegetables expansion, adding the high multiple-cropping index and the severe continuous-cropping phenomenon, the root-knot nematode disease on vegetables in the protected fields is becoming more and more serious, and it is very difficult to control the disease.
