摘 要: | 五味子为我国传统的药食两用植物,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心等功效。综述近年来五味子及其茎叶中的有效成分——木脂素、多糖、挥发油的提取工艺研究进展,为其进一步的研究与开发利用提供参考。

Abstract: | Schisandra chinensis Baill,a traditional Chinese herbal and food plant,enjoys such functions as absorbing,consolidating and astringent,supplementing qi and promoting the production of body fluid,nourishing kidney and heart.This article reviews the research progress in extracting active ingredients from Schisandra chinensis Baill,including lignan glucosides,polysaccharide,and volatile oil so as to provide reference for further research. |
