久保田NSD8插秧机遥控插秧档执行机构的设计

摘    要:为提高插秧机操作自动化水平,实现插秧档的遥控控制,以久保田NSD8插秧机为研究平台,在不改变原插秧机换档机构的基础上设计出一套辅助系统,使改造后的插秧机技能满足自动化需求,又能实现常规的手柄操作。该机构主要由步进电机、滚珠丝杠、滑块机构和末端执行器组成,可实现遥控控制插秧档位的升降,为后期久保田NSD8插秧机的导航设计提供前期理论与实践基础。
