| Abstract: | The project construction for urban flood control must meet the requirement of social and economic development.The flood prevention works along Chaihe river has been finished as scheduled by means of scientific management,project plan,design,and optimized construction.This project can not only meet the requirement of flood control,but also plays significant role in boosting the local economy and beatifying the local environment. |
