| 摘 要： | 提出在配电网GIS平台下建立供电可靠性管理系统,实现供电可靠性的可视化管理,并采用全局唯一编码的方式设计了配电网网络模型。同时研究基于目标分解思想的供电可靠性管理模式,提出一种科学合理的可靠性目标分解算法。

| Abstract: | A management system for the reliability of power supply is established on the platform of GIS so as to realize visible mangement for the reliability of power supply.In addition,a distribution network model is designed adopting GUID.Meanwhile,a target decomposition calculation method for the reliability is proposed on the basis of research on reliable power supply management model in consideration of the theory of target decomposition. |
