普洱茶树叶·茶叶及浸出液中微量元素含量的相关分析

摘    要:[目的]研究普洱茶树叶、茶叶及浸出液中微量元素含量的相关性。[方法]用分光光度法测定了普洱茶及其浸出液中微量元素的含量,并对它们之间的相关性进行了研究。[结果]结果表明,微量元素浸出率的高低在普洱茶原料和成品茶之间没有相关性,而是与茶的品种、产地和生产环境相关。[结论]为进一步研究普洱茶中微量元素的综合利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the correlation of several microelements content between tealeaf tea and their infusions in the tea of puer.[Method] Several selected microelements in puer tea and their infusions were determined with the spectrophotometry in order to find out the correlation of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn contents between them.[Result] The results showed that their infusing rate level were not positive correlation between tealeaf and finished goods,but were related with kind of tea and producing area.[Conclusion] The study provided scientific references for the improvement developed and used of puer tea.
