鸡ILT和IB中药防治技术研究

实验室对各试验鸡组 ＩＬＴ、ＩＢ人工发病后，中药治疗１２ｈ可基本控制病情，２４ｈ治愈率达９４％和９０％，４８ ｈ治愈率达１００ ％和９８％。中间试验治疗临床 ＩＬＴ和 ＩＢ混合感染鸡群４０万只，２４ ｈ内可有效控制病情，４８ ｈ治愈率平均达９２％，５ｄ后治愈率平均达９４％。研究结果表明，应用中药治疗鸡ＩＬＴ和ＩＢ具有取材容易、加工简单、使用方便、价格低廉、高效无毒的特点，发展前景广阔。

The Treatment of Infectious Laryngotracheitis and Infectious Bronchitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Two groups of chickens infected experimentally with infectious laryngotracheitis(ILT)virus and infectious bronchitis (IB) virus respectively were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that the diseases were controlled 12 h of treatment,and the cure rates were 94 % and 90 % after 24 h of treatment, 100 % and 98 % after 48 h of treatment. In the field test,400,000 chickens clinically infected by ILT and IB virus simultaneously were treated, and the disease was effectively controlled within 24 h of treatment,and the average cure rates after 48 h and 5 d of treatment were 92 % and 94 % respectively. The results suggest that the treatment of cases of ILT and IB with traditional Chinese medicine,which is easy to be processed and administered and has rich natural resources,is economical,highly effective,and has no side effects,will have a good prospect.
